Meet The Author
Jody Cleven lives in a log cabin in a quiet and peaceful corner of central North Carolina. She enjoys life in the woods with her husband and golden retriever and loves to read and write stories. The majority of Jody's career has been spent in the field of education as a teacher, assistant principal, and university professor. Ask any student she's ever had and they'll tell you that "read, read, read" are her three favorite words in the universe. It makes her smile to share that each of her three children learned to read before they learned to tie their shoes.
